Excellent. What a warm welcome from both members and owner alike. Really worth a visit.
I found the course to be well maintained with some spectacular views over the bay. It is reasonably hilly though so if , like me , you don't own an electric trolley it's well worth hiring one from the shop.
Ok so the club house isn't what you'd call luxurious but everyone was so welcoming that it more than made up for this. Two members invited me to join them on the 1st tee and the owner Dave spent a good half hour after my round talking to me.
All in all a very interesting course and most definitely worth a visit.

Played here midweek February 06 ( £15 ).
Well maintained cliff top course .The front 9 is hilly & VERY hard walking (i had to walk up the very steep road to the clubhouse too as a car had overturned & blocked the road ! )& has some interesting holes along with lots of marker posts to aim at .Also, there are some good inland views to go along with the coastal views.
The middle section of the course runs a bit up & down before the course reaches a run of cliff edge holes with spectacular views .
Smallish greens that were in excellent condition & quick. If you slightly over hit a 12ft putt here you can easily be left with with a 5 footer back .
Not the best cliff top course that i've played but by no means the worst either .
Seems like a friendly club with a welcoming pro & if you're in the area it's worth playing .

Played this course in mid september as part of a small society. If you want luxurious clubhouse/practise facilities this is not for you. If you want a warm welcome and staff that cant do enough to help, and a course which to quote a cliche is a 'hidden gem' this is for you. The condition of the course was superb and the variation of holes excellent. The day our society played there was not a breath of wind, and judging by the trees on the course which are bent over horizontal this is not often the case. We had it easy in terms of weather, and it was still a good test of golf for any handicap, with a broad selection of shot making required. Even if you have a bad round, you cant fail to enjoy the spectacular cliff top setting and views. A must play if you are in the area.

I played this course last year on holiday and loved it. The welcome and overall atmosphere in the small yet charming clubhouse was second to none. The course is great, though it does feel like you have played two different courses afterwards. the front nine is very tight and seems too compact and overlapping for my liking, with many blind shots. it feels like it has been designed by a different person to the back. but the finishing holes are worth waiting for, and the final four holes are simply breathtaking, it is worth playing this course just for the 15th and 16th holes situated right on the very edge off the massive cliff edge. An awe inspiring end to a magical round!
