Played this course for the second time last month and was very enjoyable. The greens are probably the best in the area, very true and even faster! The last few holes justify the green fee themselves, and the rest of the course isnt bad either. Will definately be back.

I played at Bedlington as part of a 4 ball and was left feeling a little disapointed! The course feels very "up and down" until you get to the last 7 holes which in my opinion is the best part of the course. The bunkers were terrible and were more like dust traps than sand traps but the greens were in good condition and the fairways weren't bad but a little hard (we haven't had rain up here for month's now)!!! I was very happy with all the staff and they all gave a very warm welcome. I felt the green fees were a little expensive and I would say there are a lot of other courses in the area better than Bedlington.

Played Bedlington on 12 March 2003. Having not played here for at least 8-10 years I was a little disappointed to see very few changes had occurred (with the exception of the trees being a lot taller). Still an ok course to play. From the 9th hole onwards these are in my opinion the better holes, especially when you come to holes 14,15 & 16 which are amongst woods. i must comment on the quality of the grees for this time of year considering the amount of rain we have endured, I thought they were in excellent shape. Not too impressed with the fairways but they were firm but need shaping more to make the course more pleasing to the eye. All in all we had a nice leisurly round with few interuptions. The club pro was also friendly and welcoming which was nice to see.
