Great Course, super condition, very friendly welcome by helpful staff in the Pro Shop, no sales talk just helpful.
No tee reservations which was nice, quiet on the course. Lovely greens and fairways.
Very good value I thought for 40 quid.

Played at Bishops Stortford today - Wednesday 18th July 2007.
After the recent spell of wet weather, the course was in fantastic condition.
Started from 10th tee due to a competition, and I would say the back nine is fractionally harder but not a lot in it.
If you can hit long and straight you give yourself a chance of birdie putts, but the greens are lightning quick! Not many up and downs made in our four-ball from around the green.
£40 per round is quite expensive but it's worth it for what you get.
Only thing that I did feel let the course down was that with an early tee-time of 8am and a bit of travelling time which means I left at 630am, not much was open when I arrived, so no breakfast beforehand. Only slight blemish on a good course
