An enjoyable course without any outstanding characteristics. Fairly open front nine, more hilly and tighter back nine. Acceptable greens, almost all tilted rather than contoured. One or two holes seem to have been fitted in where possible, 15th especially. Frustrating back nine, a mixture of good and bad, starts with dreadful downhill par 4 but then three good tests, including par 3 11th, best hole by miles. Good drive on last gives an eagle chance. Good clubhouse facilities. Well worth a visit for £10 on a on 2 for 1 voucher.

Played this course for the first time last week as part of a society. Very good condition (greens and fairways).
Flat front 9, very hilly back 9 - a true difference to and from the turn.
Excellent food and hospitality.

I have played this course more than fifty times, and I would not say it is fairly flat. My description would be:- A flat first nine, tight next eight and then a hile that kills.
