Played here on the 10/8/2007. The course i found was in good condition. Although i did find that there was a lot of unrepaired pitch marks on the greens. The course itself was fairly nice with quite varied holes, and at the cost of £20 with a green free voucher was very reasonable.

Played two ball Friday 27/10/06. Have played here before. Greenfee £20. Course in my opinion was in a shocking condition! The faiways were as long as the rough, the greens were long and unpredictable and the teeing areas were mostly mud!!. Very disappointed and not worth the money. It took two of us well over four hours to complete our round. Avoid this winter and go elsewhere.

Nice course. Some of the holes are a little tight, but I suppose that is the challenge for us with high handicaps. Appears to be quite a bit of work going on. Used 2 for 1 vouchers so well worth the money. Got a bit fed up with a fourball who were ahead of the next two ball. They appeared to be learners, so could probably do with learning a bit of etiquette. However, didn't let this spoil the day.

I helped organise a corporate golf society outing here in May. The day was excellently set up by the events teams at Coulsdon and the service was top notch and through the process. The day was very good value at £32 a head for 18 holes, breakfast and 2 course dinner. All participants found it to be an ideal venue. The course was in good condition although the greens could have done with an extra cut (think the greenkeepers had a long sleep as they did seem to be cutting behind us). The layout was a good mixture of challenging holes and relatively easy and short par 4s. Changing rooms and toilets could do with a bit of renovation. I would recommend Coulsdon for outings - Andrea and Linda deserve a mention for their patience with my requests.

I used to play this course reguarly in the 1970's before moving to the states, I remember the greens were always poor or more often on tempory. it came as a pleasant suprise to find conditions much improved when I played each of the last 3 years 2001-2004 especialy when my visits home each year take place feb/march the layout is well designed with many strategy options, for value it's very hard to beat .

played coulsdon quite a few times now as it is not far from my home.like the layout of this course as there is not too much rough to swallow up shots not quite on the fairway.

greens are not perfect but ok.but as previously mentioned hold ups do often occur usually because 3 or 4 balls not calling through faster singles or pairs. par for the course on a pay and play im afraid. however play on a quiet day and you should find it a pleasant experience. well worth the green fee.
