Played at Davyhulme 2 weekends ago. Course was in good condition given the time of year and the weather.

Good test of golf, the 9th wasn't playable we were told due to health and safety. Mats were in use from the tees and also on approaches of less than 100 yards. Memorable hole the 17th short par three over a large tree and lake to small green. Long par 4s make it quite challenging.

Friendly pro but members could do with being a little more charming, several rude members asking to see green fees did not help the place.
