What a quaint little course. played in june on our anual golfing trip with 3 friends from Our club in Blackburn. Lovely wide fairways,tiny par fours and sheltered from the wind all went to make it a most pleasant day out. i managed to par 8 of the 18 with a couple of birdies to boot, still only managed to finish third but the atmosphere in the club house more than made up for my poor golfing display. Shall definately be back next year. thanks to all at elland for making our day so memorable.

a lovely little 9 hole course but if you want a midweek game be prepared to do a lot of standing about waiting while old age pensioners hack there way around. a very flat and easy on the legs course which would account for the amount of members in their later years. i am going to cancel my membership next year and rejoin when i am 70.
