Played midweek at the end of April using a 2-for-1 voucher - great value at £12.50, its also good value at the full rate of £25.
The course is an exellent heathland layout with plenty of variey, water coming into play on many holes.
The course played well considering the recent weather - a few holes were a bt wet underfoot but only if you strayed off the fairway.
The greens has been overseeded recently but were still fast & true, they will be extremely quick come the summer months.
As with the other heathland courses in the area (Holme Hall, Ashby Decoy, Forest pines) the sandy soil does make for dry & tightly mown fairways, so if your ball striking is not up to a reasonable standard you may be punished.
The course has a very good club house & a friendly pro & members.
All in all a great course that i will be playing again.

Lucky enough to play this course three times over the Easter weekend with various members (thanks to Nick, Phil & Paul - good company). Course generally in very good condition (save for occassional badger damage!) and did not encounter temps of any sort... one or two greens hollow tined but finished off well and no doubt members and visitors will reap the benefits in a month or two. Good mix of heathland and parkland type holes and quite challenging. Excellent value for money (at member's guest rate - £14 currently).

Totally unimpressed with this course. Having travelled 250 miles on a weekend golf break to be met with 18 temporary tees and 18 temporary greens was galling to say the least. Whilst appreciating the fact that temporary's at this time of the year do occur, this had been booked months in advance and the least they could have done is phoned and advised us of the situation. No problems with the staff in the clubhouse or the facilities. Even allowing for the above I have to say that the course itself is not a patch on its local rival at Forest Pines.

Very impressed with this course and the reception i got when i arrived. greens are exellent and the tree lined fairways are a joy to play on, Every bit as good as lincolnshires other exellent club Forest pines.
