Fulneck Golf Club Ltd Player Reports

Fulneck is a lovely course to play in Spring and Summer, but does tend to get a bit waterlogged in the wetter seasons.
For an entertaining, quiet round there are few places out there that could beat Fulneck. I play regularly with my member brother and have only come across other players 3 times in 2 years!
You can turn up any day during the week and you are virtually guarenteed a course to yourself.
Also the staff are fantastic - very friendly, and welcoming to all visitors.
Great course - just wish the par 4 9th was a par 6, and then I wouldn't end up blowing my scorecard each and every time I visit! This holes is the only reason for an 8 out of 10 rating for difficulty. If not for this the course would be a relatively easy 5 out of 10 for difficulty.

Home sweet home. i have been a junior member here for ages and i never will be bored of this course. The course is only 9 holes but 1 lot of nine feels like 18. The ninthis the hardest par-4 i will ever play. It requires a lofted wood to get to the top of a large hill and then another 250-300yrd second shot up another hill to a raised green, and if you come a whisker short youll roll back down to the bottom. the rest of the holes are very interesting, especially the 7th a tiny downhill par 3 with almost a island green. The friendliest club youll visit aswell.
