I played this course a few years ago and after putting my money in the honesty box, found myself alone apart from the green keepers for 2 loops of 9. I can't remember much of it now but tried to visit again Feb 2008 and found that the phone numbers were not answered and the gate to the site closed.
Not sure if this course is still open...shame really.

The grange is only a nine hole course but let me tell you its no push over this is one of the tightest courses that i have ever played with trees and water in play plenty of hazards an excellent par 5 double dog leg. You only need your irons if your a low handicap leave the woods at home,Overall the greens are firm somtimes to hard, So dont be looking to drop your short irons on the greens you will find mostly chip and run shots work here the only real gripe i have about the course is the walk back from the 9th its all up hill, (18th if you play it twice)The club on site is friendly and theres usually a happy hour around 4oclock.This course will test your game some find it easy (low handicaps)while mid to high struggle well worth the money but be warned if you play 18 when you get back to the tenth(first)there are nearly always people waiting to play the first although if your on the ninth green you should be called to play straight through .good luck .
