Grange Fell Golf Club Player Reports

Played the course on 21st May 2004. My wife walked the course with me - a first !! Can only endorse previous comments. Very friendly, helpful members and wonderful views.
The course is quite short but there are a number of challenges for an average player and enjoyable to play on a sunny day.

My 2 sons and i visited Grange Fell during May,my sons played i walked round with them, the course has some lovely views, and is very well presented, the members we met en route were very freindly,it is however a very short course, most of the par 4s being almost drivable for the decent player, the greens were decent standard, although a little slow, this being mainly due to the recent wet spell i suspect,we found the course quiet, and did not have to wait. the green fee was 15 pounds for adults and half price for juniors, not a course i would recommend for the low handicapper, but a nice test for the average player, worth a visit for the scenery alone.
