PAUL MUTER (Scotland) 13/03/06
Played at hainsworth park last june (2005) with my fellow golfers from mount oswald in durham for our annual away weekend and we all found the course an absolute pleasure to play. The course set up is great and the greens were some of the best we have ever played on,lovely to putt on and able to stop the ball no problem at all. We stopped at the lovely little accomadation set on the course, which i'm sorry but can't remember the name of it. Twelve of us enjoyed it so much last year that we will be arriving on the morning of friday 9th june for what we know will be 3 more fantastic days of great accomadation, golf and plenty of social activity! The village pub saw quite abit of action from us also and we also look forward to the friendly welcome from the staff and locals. We are counting the days now till we arrive at Brandsburton, so if you villagers want a relly good laugh see you on friday 9th june when we have our hawaiian shirt competition! You will probably still hear us first!!

Played on Mar 27 2002. It must have been a tough winter. Course in poor condition. Greens very bobbly and two (at least!)paced. Faiways either long or bare. Usual friendly approach from staff and members.
