I have just played this gem of a course. When you pull into the car park its very difficult to imagine where there could be enough open space for a golf course, but when you walk around the side of the club house you are greeted by a beautifully mature park/heathland spectical.
If you are not having the best round of your life there is just enough room for you to get round without spoiling the enjoyment of a days golf on a great course, but if you want to play to your handicap or better, then you'd better be on form because this undulating course can bite.
If you get to 16 and you have really enjoyed the challenge then you wont be disappointed by the two closing holes. A long par 4 straight up hill followed by a 220+ yard par three to finish.
I was invited to play as a guest but it was obvious that this is a very friendly club and the welcome I recieved from all was very warm.
Thanks again for a great day David.

jack darby has got the wrong course, ignore him. this is a lovely 18 hole course that is always found in top condition. greens and fairways are superb.

This is a good, well-kept 9 hole course. the tee off at the 1st is pretty daunting. Long drivers will make it over the two ditches but beginners will lay up - same at the 3rd
