A good test for the mid to high handicappers as there is short par 4s and quite a few par 3s. If you cant use your driver dont worry you wont require it. For the price its great value for money. The bad thing that i found was the fairways werent in good condition but overall i would go back.

Iv'e played the course for over 30 years.
The back 9 holes (which was the original course)
plays totally different than the front nine.
The front nine generally has longer cut grass on the fairways and the greens are bumby.
If you can't hit your driver don't worry you can leave it at home you won't need it, as a fairly well it 3 wood or 3 iron will leave you a short iron to the green, or a 7 iron for the mid to high handicapper.
