Situated in a semi-rural location near to the delightful village of Crondall with its mix of period and individual properties, Church, Shop and Public Houses. Also located centrally between Farnham, Fleet, Farnborough, Hook, Aldershot, Odiham and Hartley Witney each about a 15 minute drive. Next door but one to a 17th century public house called The Horns which serves lunch time and evening meals. In Crondall village there are two more public houses; the Plume of Feathers and the Hampshire Arms, they also serve meals.
The M3 can be accessed via the A287 at junction 5 providing good access to the M25 and the national motorway network, Heathrow, Gatwick and Luton airports. Fleet main line station serves London Waterloo. Other amenities nearby include a choice of golf at the 9 hole Bowenhurst Golf course ,the 27 hole course at Oak Park Golf Club or golf at Farnham Castle.
