Played in their Open on 30th May. Not a long course but tricky due to sea breezes and fast slopey greens. Must leave your approaches below the pin to make a score. Fantastic condition. Staff and members friendly, food nice and good value.

played the course 20 May 2001, a credit to the greenkeepers and management, this course was in as good condition as any course I have played in a long time. All the greens were consistantly good, the rough was managed rather than just left as long grass and it was obvious the greenkeeping team took great pride in their job.The course was originally designed by Alistair McKenzie and his principle of design for a strategic golf course where position off the tee is required rather than length has been maintained and this course today gives great satisfaction to the golfer. Well done Morecambe.
