Played here March 06 (£10 using a 2 Fore 1 voucher ).
Incredible value for a course with it's setting & quality.
It's a linksy clifftop course that is hugely enjoyable .Well maintained & with excellent greens. The first few holes are relatively level & then the course drops downhill severely on the dramatic 6th to a lower level. The passage of holes following this that go close to a sandy cove & remote church are about the most pleasant & tranquil that i've ever played .The next few holes run up & down hill with the downhill holes having stunning coastal backdrops. These holes 6 to 14 are truly memorable. This isn't to say that the flatter holes on the top plateau aren't good either . Anyone that includes this on a Cornwall golfing holiday won't come away disappointed.

This is the best course I played in late-summer days in the S-West.
The start is somewhat odd and offputting - a par three played across the 18th fairway - then holes two-thru-five are kind of average... but from six onwards, it's top top stuff. Six is an unfortgetable par four downhill and reachable in one; Seven is a quality long links-y-type hole; etc, etc.
Overall, definitely go and play this course, you won't forget it - and you'll want to play it again (as with many links courses, many greens are invisible from even-within-chipping distance, given the undulations, etc.)

What a wonderful and beautiful golfcourse - The best I ever played. After five days /15/07/04 with lot of mist and rain the sun come back for 4 hours. I´ve took my golfbag and played. Fantastic course - up and downhill - just great and the greens so good. Now I´m back in Sweden after a week at the "Nook" in Mullion and I will be back soon.

I was fortunate enough to play this gem of a course on 17.05.2004. The weather was pleasant making the views on holes 6 to 12 quite spectacular. The greens were in immaculate condition and there were some memorably quirky holes such as the steeply downhill 6th, the wonderful 'links-like' and difficult 7th, and the picturesque left dog-leg 10th. Nice atmosphere in the clubhouse made for a memorable day's golf well worth a visit.

Friendly in the pro-shop and clubhouse. Excellent greens, great views, best stretch is holes 6 - 12, starting with the steeply downhill 6th (279 yards) where the ground slopes sharply right, anything to the right will be lost so aim well left. This stretch includes the 421 yard par 5 (that's right 421 yards!) but is so steeply uphill that it will take 2 great hits to reach. Then the best hole on the course, the downhill 10th where anything landing right of the green will find it's way down to the beach. All in all a good day out.
