I have been to Keele about a dozen times, an it is an EXCELLENT course for new and seasoned golfers. It used to have a reputation for being a WET course, new drainage has been introduced and has solved all the problems of Fairway water, well worth a visit from high or low handicappers, Greens are excellently maintained and the Staff are second to none....Give it a go....You will like it...!!!!..I PROMISE.

Keele Municipal Golf Club has an excellent course.
Suitable for both the beginner and seasoned professional.
The course is in very good condition but more importantly,
the staff at Keele Golf Club make you feel welcome.
With a relaxed dress code, within reason (of course)and
a sense that you are the same as everyone else on the course, it makes even the bad days ( score cards) seem okay.
I am a total beginner and have enjoyed my rounds at Keele and would strongly recommend to anybody looking to take up golf for fun, relaxation or as a serious sport to give Keele a try.
Rating out of 10, I would give the course a very good 9.
You'll be glad you did.
