what an excellent day out and a wonderful course...we had our first vice chairmans day here in sept the 28th and the whole day was exceptional...
the course was a little hilly but had some cracking holes on it that were a real challenge.
from start to finish the staff and in particular the catering manager could not do enough for our party..we had bacon sandwich and coffee...18 holes then chips and sandwiches then 9 holes then we had a two course evening dinner all very good by the way and although the day was paid for by the society it would have cost about 40 pounds per person...very very good value for money and a exceptional day out to boot...many thanks manvers golf society

Last played this course 2 years ago and must say it has improved quite well. Unfortunately the greens were not the best and there is alot of damage on the fairways and bunkers caused by rabbits. Overall a challening course especially when the wind gets up. New holes are very hilly but fair. Played on 2-4-1 so only £14 per person which i think is good value but £28 may be a little step based on the state of the greens. Will go and play next summer to see if improved.

Interesting course.
No two holes are the same and there are plenty of challenges to be met. The greens are good and quick and the fairways are very hard which can result in some huge bounces into the long grass.
The course should offer a challenge to most golfers and is well worth a visit.

Played here on a golf society comp.. day. The course is challenging but fair, and can play as we found to be extremely long in the wind. The new holes need time to bed in though(lots of stones in the earth and rather barren) but they do use lift and place on them.
The staff were very friendly, and helpful, not something you see on a lot of courses.
Very enjoyable course, something for all levels. and will definately go back again next year.

Recently joined this club, and it does look to be something of a\r\nchallenge.
Bar and Resturant facilities are in very pleasant surroundings and\r\nthe course also offers practice chipping hole, putting green and full\r\npractice hole around the 19th.
Comprehensive Pro-shop and good driving range well enclosed.
Any queries please e-mail me as above :-))
