Fantastic Condition for a pay and play course, greens were true and the fairways lush. A good confidence booster, you should be looking to play to 2/3 of your handicap.
Breathtaking views, come here to enjoy your game, not improve it.

I have played at Ombersley Golf Course many many times, too many times to remember. I love it. It is an enjoyable day out, the staff are helpful and friendly, the facilities are brilliant, and the course is usually in fantastic condition!

A beautifully kept course. Excellent confidence building course for the higher handicapper. Green fees are more than reasonable for the quality of the facility. Very friendly staff further enhanced a visit that could not be faulted in any way.
Chris Johnson (England) 30/10/03
Booked a Society day here and found it a very easy course to play. Not very challenging even to high handicappers and over half of us posted stableford scores of 40+. It also took over 5 hours to complete due to the amount of people on the course.

short course large greens hence easy to play and enjoy.

Most of the courses built over the past 15 years feel it is necessary to introduce a lot of water hazards. Not Ombersley. It's only at the 18th where a lake protects the green and, quite frankly, it doesn't add interest to the hole. The fairways and greens are in excellent condition -even when our society had to struggle through torrential rain to keep going. It's a well-maintained course with spacious clubhouse facilities and staff who make visitors very welcome. Well worth a visit.

Fantasticlly compact and neat course, the fairways and greens are in great condition particularly for the time of year. Everything about the place is very pleasant, superbly constructed clubhouse with fantastic views. Maybe not enough greenside bunkers but thats being very picky. After the game, you will be treated to very appealing atmosphere and views in the bar which sould raise the spirits of any disheartened golfer. Definitely worth coming back to.

An excellent all year round course. Not particularly stretching (other than for me!) but always in great condition with stunning views.
Good food and hospitality to be found in the club house which is about to undergo a major extension (starting March 2000).
