A hidden tresure of a course, after a very short par 5 opening hole, the course opens out into a mixture of vallys, shared fairways and hidden greens.
the pick of the holes is the par4 10th. blind tee shot over a deep vally to a hidden green!
fantastic course, very demanding if the winds blowing.

I'm a member of oundle and find it a good course because it is quite hard to make pars on some holes as it has many bumps and hills. This certainly doesnt help. there are alot of corners to turn while playing aswell. The 11th hole is extremely hard as you have to drive quite short and have a very lofted club to get it up the steep hill. There are alot of crossing fairways so watch out! P.S. if you are going to join oundle, try buying a 7 or 9 wood to get yourself out the rough! If any 1 wants to play me at oundle. by all means send me an email. its peter1hicks@hotmail.com

I found oundle a fairly easy, apart from a thew holes like the sixteenth. even though I won my age group at the county championships there,I still found it a hard day. I found some of the tee shots pretty daunting I think it is around the 11th trees hang over the tees and made it a pretty hard task. as we teed of early in the morning the greens where poor but as the day progressed they got very quick. Thanks for a great day !!!!!!!!

I member of this course and I think it is very good, it may be short but Oundle is not about length. You have to be straight and know where to place the ball, it is a course which makes you think about the shot.
P.S We do have a course planner
