A wonderful layout with some outstanding holes (3,4 13,14 & 17).
I last played here 3 years ago and the improvement in the course condition is amazing. It is now extremely well presented with excellent greens.
Very friendly staff and the whole Club has a very welcoming atmosphere.

Good well kept course with good greens.

Played with a member on 19th August and it was strange to play a course without a single bunker. Enjoyed the round, especially as I won 4 and 3 with a 7 handicap spread. Quirky looking clubhouse but flows nicely inside and I thought everyone very friendly, but then I was with a member, but who knows. They have their own sheep on the course to keep the grass down in the heather, the sheep do not eat the heather apparantly, never known this before. Also they are taking out a lot of trees to restore the heathland feel. They are doing a good job and when the scarring heals it should be a more testing track, that is not to say it is not now.

i was really excited about playing this course but it did not quite deliver for me. it was extremely wet in october so god only knows what it is like in the middle of the winter. i was considering membership but my brother in law said - 'keep your money in your pocket'. Having said that i would definitely play it once more in the middle of the sumnmer if i get the chance.
