Course no longer exists.

See below - Pipps hill is now a much more interesting course. Playing on tarmac is far easier than the fairways ever were. I never actually worked out whether there were no fairways or no rough. People in the proximity of the cinema and bowling alley are far more curteous to someone hitting golf balls around than other golfers on this course ever were.

Pipps Hill course has recently been flattened unfortunately to make way for a multiplex cinema
