Prestbury Golf Club Player Reports
Chris James (England) 08/08/07
Played in aseniors match at Prestbury last week. The course is phenomenal. It is well manicured, tees are good the fairways excellent and the greens superb. Above all else every hole is different and accordingly pose different challenges- its a thinking mans course. Do not go there if you cannot hit the ball straight off the tee as there are trees and bunkers strategically placed on every hole. The joy of the course also is that once you are on your way you rarely see other golfers. Its pricey but well worth a visit. The members were very welcoming and the clubhouse is excellent. It is pleasing to visit acourse which maintains standards of dress and etiquette
