Royal Worlington and Newmarket Golf Club Player Reports

A wonderful traditional course which is in particularly good condition during the winter months. Looks short on the scorecard but plays extremely difficult because of several enormous par 4s. It is the greens, however, that present the greatest challenge - all large and trickily undulating.
Star hole is the par 3 5th. Only 155 yards but with a long, very narrow green, multi-tiered green and steep drop-offs on either side.
