Fabulous links with a traditional feel. Played in a 40mph wind, which made for a tough challenge, but that didn't deter our enjoyment. 9 holes out and then 9 back, all of them unique in their own way. A fair challenge to any level of golfer. Modern clubhouse with friendly staff, who served great tasting food. I'm certainly looking forward to a return visit fairly soon.

Slightly dissapointed with Seacroft - mainly up and down holes, with no major challenges - certainly no significant rough or gorse - The greens weren't typical links either and were relatively slow compared to the rest of the course

Played in late April. Greens were magnificent. Very good golf course with some very tough holes against the wind. They seem so easy with the wind at your back! You will need a course planner to judge distances. Brand new clubhouse being built.
Enjoyed the pot bunkers. Still finding sand in my clothes and hair a week later! Quality course.

We played this course in May 2004 and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was in very good condition and a typical links layout of nine holes out with the wind and nine holes back against it! It has some interesting and challenging holes, blind drives and approaches - good fun and very enjoyable.

It doesnt look much from the 1st tee but this is a super links course. Hard undulating fairways and quick greens makes it really tough to get it close when they tuck the pins behind dunes and deep bunkers. There is nearly always a bail out option when going for the greens which makes this course playable no matter what your standard. Every hole offers its own unique challenge and if you add to this a good breeze a great links test is on offer here. Its up there with the likes of Burnham and Berrow in my opinion and is well worth the visit.

When I played the course was in fantastic condition. All the elements of links golfing are evident at Seacroft, blind drives over ridges, undulating fairways and fast greens - oh and lots of bunkers (over seventy I believe). On a clear day there are views of the wash, North Sea and Lincolnshire from parts of the course. A Golf Planner is available from the pro shop. This is very detailed and is a must for those playing the course for the first time. The par threes are great holes as is the par 5 thirteenth hole.

Brilliant links course. One of the best courses in the county, and right next to skegness, perfect for a night out! (that last part isn't quite true)
