Paid £13.00 with a 2fore1 voucher so that wasn't too bad.

This is a well maintained tidy little course with some nice aesthetics on some parts of the course. ( spoiled by a bloody great national grid power line and pylons running right down the centre of the course )

The 15th hole is probably the signature hole! lovely little par three crossing over a pond with water clear enough to see the fish in.

All in all Wath isnt a bad course. like all flat courses though, it does lack variety. There is after all only so much you can do with flat land.

One more thing to note! Wath is a very busy course. A friend of mine described it as being "as busy as Tesco's on friday teatime" he's not wrong.

A personal rating for Wath would be 5-10 or in other words "average"

Played this cousre as a 4 ball we were visitors,on bank holidaymonday,ist impressions were what a course, and we were not dissapointed, the members on the course were helpful and put us at ease, we offered them to play in front of us, the course is a great layout with the best true greens i have seen for a long timee, yes at times the greens are small but if you think about your shots you can still attack the greens,the windy conditions contributed to this challenge, with the front nine being fairly long at 3100 yards, with 3 par 3s to come on the back nine,very scenic in places and the clubhouse is one of the best with a great varity of hot food,coffee and plenty of beers, once again we were made very welcome even after having the rules pointed out to us, we were very comfortable in these nice surroundings, having a spot of lunch thaving played the 1st 10 holes, the nback out for our "skins" game all in all a mus tvisit cours, very friendly and lots of information, nice to see a club that care about your visit, as well as keeping the members happy, we look forward to returning, only down side is they dont take visitors on a weekend, which makes our 4ball difficult to get time off work through the midweek, highly recommended PAUL PUNTER

Smashing course that is well worth playing. Very good condition and the members are very friendly

Pleasant,gentle walking,course.Appears deceptively

easy at first glance,but has some small greens,

resulting in higher scores than expected.Marvellous views from the club house,almost all the course can be seen.
