Played this course under 2-fore-1 at a cost of £24 per person for a round. What a treat!
Excellent condition, wonderful scenery with some thinking to do on every hole. Whilst not especially long from the yellows this is not a course where you can pull the driver out on every tee - you gain a lot from playing for position and, with only two par 5's, distance is less of an issue.
Friendly welcome, and with great surroundings this club is well worth a visit. My only gripe would be the clubhouse which does not make anything like the best of what is available - a bit of a let down.

I have been fortunate enough to play this course a number of times over the last year or so, with a member.
The course is always in excellent condition, with good drainage in place. The course provides a real challenge where you have to give thought to improvisation, rather than blasting the ball in to oblivion. I have always found the greens to be in excellent condition, with plenty of contours, and bunkers to guard.
The 18th is a 270 yard par 4, with water down the left and the beautiful Harrowden Hall as a back drop - a real stunner.
This course is definitely well worth a visit, expecially if you can use your 2 fore 1 vouchers. Excellent value for money

played here for £20 for the day on the 2 fore 1 deal . This course is excellent - superb condition - geens fast & true. Best value golf ever . Club house is an Harrowden Hall all very impreseive . Only 02 par 5's and 02 par 03's so 14 par 04 - very mature trees and quite undulating. A couple of holes on the back nine are a bit too sloping and in dry weather it could be difficult to hold the ball on the fairway . In conclusion a classis English parkland course - well worth a visit
