Chris Cole (England) 11/11/03
I held a society day on Thursday 6/11/03.
OK we were blessed with fine weather but we all had a great day.
I was warned prior to my arrival that we would be playing some winter greens but these were in as good a condition as some local courses normal greens.
Not the longest course in the South but it was still enough of a challenge for our single figure handicappers. Average points for the day around 33.
Best value day out for society's that I have arranged for some time.
Good food. Friendly club house staff. Friendly pro.
If you want a good society da for the winter, you won't go far wrong with Willingdon.
Karl Ramalli (England) 12/04/02
Well kept and scenic course with some testing holes. From a completely personal point of view i didn't like teeing across other fairways. However i thoroughly enjoyed playing a course where many of my old mates at school had been junior members.
