Wimbledon Park Golf Club Player Reports
Rob A (England) 18/07/07
Played this on the 17/7/07 as a guest of a society. I found this course fairly average. There was some nice holes (par 3 over the lake, The last hole back to the club house, the 12th and the elevated tee box of the 13th) all nice, but many of the holes very similar. It is quite a short course so should be shooting around or over your h/c.
The general facilities seem good. Im not sure if there was a practice green but the clubhouse and staff were lovely and we had a ploughman for lunch and 3 course meal for dinner.
Not sure if i would come back here, unless it was with a society and it included dinner.

A scenic and enjoyable course to play with a lake setting. Wimbledon Park does not purport to be a long course and the fact that there are no Par 5's gives an opportunity for you to tune up your iron play and test your short game! All in all a good day out.
