Course layout generally good, however greens were awful as they had been hollow tined and bunkers were full of stones no reduction in green fee was made for this and the fact that a major building project (the new health club) was going on which forces you into portakabins. I don`t mind the inconvenience of the cabins but if you are going to charge top price at least be top notch on the course. Won`t be rushing back!!!!

This course is very good in the summer and can get very wet during the winter months. The greens can be deceptive if you dont have an eye for distance putting. although it is a trim course when you compare it to some others but its a good place to play for golfers of any age or ability. The green staff do a fantastic job not many courses you see the greenkeepers but dont worry they always stop when you are playing a shot and they are always happy to talk to you and answer any questions you may have about the course.

Played the course yesterday! Not a long course, but you must be accurate off the tee to avoid the various hazards! Greens were in excellent condition..... Pleasure to play!

I am a recent member of this course. Whilst it is not the most difficult of courses the back nine is a challenge and the state of the course is good. Very sticky during wet months but enjoyable.

I am a member at this club. It's not at its best in the winter - very sticky. The course is extremely busy so book well in advance if you want to try it (members only weekends before midday). It's well-established and fairly short but the par 3s are long (too long with 3 of the 4 being over 200yds off the back tees). You need to be reasonably straight but it's not a difficult course. Water hazards come into play at a few holes. The greens are almost always slow. Most visitors enjoy playing the course.

we played the cousre as a society at the end of juneand the course was in quite good shape. the course requires you to negotiate your way around rather than just blast away with the driver off every tee. this is an enjoyable course to play and one that we will return to. the greens are also pretty consistent although not the fastest that you will find.
