Brailes Golf Club Ltd Player Reports

I have played this many times now, and found it a very well maintained and pleasant course. The staff are very friendly and welcoming even to non members. The fairways are generous and forgiving for the average player!
The 1st is long(ish) but straight par 4;
The 2nd is a nice short par 3, providing you make it over or through the trees!;
The 3rd asks are you long enough or brave enough to make it over the stream, a tough par 4;
The 4th is friendly, if you miss the pond on the left and the 3 bunkers in a line;
The 5th is a slight dogleg right, but fair;
The 6th is again a nice par 3, but you have trees lined up down the left, and a pond guarding the front right of the green. I prefer my fishing rod at this hole!!;
The 7th seems a lot longer than it is, aim for but miss the big tree on the left 200 yards away.
The 8th is a great par 5, 250 yards drive and your just short of the stream and trees, you need to carry another 50 yards to miss it, you now have more trees and another stream all the way down the left, which you have to cross to get to the green.
The 9th runs back along the 1st, stay straight or left to keep the ball level with your feet! Who put that great big tree just in front of the green!
Lovely course.
