i love mendip spring it's close and freindly. the pro shop are always helpful and the greens and fairways are kept so well. i have on critosim the cost of the 18 hole is more than double the nine and from my experince there not that diffrent. i love it well worth the 7.50

I have played both the Lakeside (9 hole) and the Brinsea (18 Hole) courses and both are kept to the same standard. Holes are challenging without being frustratingly difficult and the layout is sensible. Some excellent golf to be had here! Well worth a visit!

I have not had a chance to play the eighteen hole course yet but the many times i have played the nine hole has been some of the best rounds of golf i have ever played.
The entire course is well kept with a varying amount of difficulty on each hole, the course will chalenge most golfers, with it's 300 yard par 4s and the two medium par threes over water. Overall a great little course and fairly priced aswell. Well worth a go if you have an afternoon free

I have played the 9-hole on a number of occassions. It is a good course for beginners with virtually no heavy rough and very well kept fairways and greens.
This course shouldn't cause any problems for the intermediate to advance gofler with par 4 holes averaging about 280 yards.
Not a very challenging course, but good fun to play.
