I HAD THE PLEASURE TO PLAY THIS COURSE AS A GUEST LAST YEAR AND FOUND IT A PLEASANT SUPRISE.A GENTLY ROLLING PARKLAND COURSE WHERE A LITTLE LOCAL KNOWLEDGE IS USEFUL, ESPECIALLY AT THE 139yrd 2nd HOLE,WHERE A POND NOT EASILY SEEN FROM THE TEE LURKS.WATER COMES INTO PLAY ON A FURTHER COUPLE OF HOLES BUT SHOULD NOT WORRY ANY COMPETENT GOLFER.ORIGINALLY IT WAS A NINE HOLE COURSE WITH A FURTHER NINE HOLES ADDED SOME YEARS AGO.THE COURSE ON THE DAY I PLAYED WAS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION ALL ROUND.OVERALL A VERY PLEASENT DAY WITH A WELCOMING CLUBHOUSE AND BAR.
