I played in May 06, with a member. Friendly staff, hardly saw any other members on the course mid week. Greens, tee's and fairways in good nick. Some scary Tee shots with O.B. on to the run way!
A great day and close to some great curry houses so a great day out for a society.

A superb course in excellent condition all year round. The greens are the best I have played on in the area, and there is enough variety to make a very interesting challenge at each round. Very long par fours can easily perturb high-handicappers, and provide a real challenge to low handicappers.
Can be a little noisy due to a nearby Helicopter Air Ambulance Service which sometimes sits on the pad with it's rotors running, but watching the planes take off from Leeds Bradford Airport at such close quarters is always an excellent thrill!
Simply put: my favourite and best-kept course I have yet played in Yorkshire.

This is a lovely golf course, that is well maintained and very playable. Some fantastic par 3 holes and great views of Leeds/Bradford airport (always good entertainment). Not the longest course in the world but enough variety to satisfy the novice golfer and enough challenges to make the course interesting to the lower handicap players to. Oh, and the greens are like lightning!!
