This is an ideal course for society golf. The fairways are relatively firm and wide, there are a number of water hazards which make club selection crucial. The greens, however, were on the slow side on the day. Nevertheless, the course is neat and tidy with nothing out of place - a credit to the Green Committee and Green Staff. The most interesting holes are 7 (blind 2nd shot), 8 (water hazard), 9 (blind water hazard for tee shot), 11 (a lovely par 3 from high tee with green surrounded by ditch and OBB) and 14 (a longish downhill par 3). Clubhouse staff friendly and helpful. A good day was had by all 32 players.

GREAT COURSE. REALLY FRIENDLY STAFF WHO MADE THE DAY VERY ENJOYABLE. PLAYED THIS COURSE ON SPEC WITH MY LOCAL GOLF SOCIETY WHO ARE HOPING TO RETURN HERE NEXT YEAR.
