Excellent value for money still, fairways still a bit rough (hence prefered lies all the time) and bunkers need attention but still an enjoyable course and warm, welcoming hosts.

I have played the course several times recently , each time enjoyably .
Some long par 4/5 with a few interesting par 3`s .....
A good course for high handicappers maybe not challenging enough for better players . Some of the fairways too need ltc , better watering maybe
Excellent value for money though, reflected in the sometimes crowded course
Good bar and changing facilities

I have now played thios course twice in the last 3 years and I would challenge anybody to find a more welcoming place to non-members . Wonderful staff who should all be commended for their hospitality . The course itself is a good challenge with some delightful holes( especially the challenging par 3's ) but the condition is excellant and value for money I find it hard to beleive this course can be bettered!!!!!

My brother and I played this course in November 2001. The front nine are great, but the back nine are a bit of a homogeneous slog (apart from a lovely tricky par 3 - 14th?). We are both a bit crap at golf, but enjoyed the course - on the whole - and the bar even more so.

A pay & play course ideal for the beginner, high handicapper. Some long par 4s & 5s but the rough is reasonably forgiving. There are water hazards on several holes to add to the interest. Greens are in excellent shape all year (uspga spec).
Friendly clubhouse with no pretensions.
