Local Golfer (England) 31/05/07
Played 36 holes here a couple of days ago. Given that the the preious 48 hours had sen torrential rain the course was in amazing conditions. Granted some of the bunkers were full of water (and I mean full!), the fairways were excellent and the greens true and reasonably quick - huge credit to the greenkeepers.
In the morning we played yellow and red, the afternoon red and blue. There is a good mixture of holes with water coming on to play on a few. There is scope to be a little wayward off the tees, without being severely punished.
The off-course facilities were first class. Superb changing facilities, bar/restuarant etc. Overall an imposing club house with good food and a warm welcome.
Finally with a 2-fore-1 voucher the day ticket cost each of us just £25.
If you get the opportunity I would recommend a visit here anytime

I played the Red and Blue courses at the weekend and had a fantastic time. The course was in great condition, and the man-size greens were particularly good. The staff in the pro shop were very helpful and gave us great advice as to how to get the most out of our visit. The buggy with 'Sat Nav' was brilliant fun and worth the £15 for the round.
Would highly recommend it to anyone, especially if the wind isnt quite as blustery as it was at the weekend!

Played the red & blue courses(18 holes)on 16/05/05, both in excellent condition, greens are supurb & true. Good test of golf and some daunting shots over water for the short hitter!
Lot of building work still going on, they seem to be throwing money at this place, it looks very plush & upmaket but all the staff are down to earth & approachable. Only cost us £10 on 2fore1, absolute bargain!

Played the Red and Blue courses on a windy Saturday in September. Both courses in fabulous condition with tees, greens and fairways excellent. Clubhouse was fantastic with only a small amount of building work left to complete. Worth a visit from any standard of golfer. Course keeps you on your toes the complete round with holes for big hitters and accurate players.

Played society golf there yesterday. Course in great shape for mid april, the greens seemed to be of varying pace but that was probably my poor putting. Excellent food and hospitality, will benefit greatly from the new clubhouse that they are currently building. Very enjoyable day well recommended.
