this is a very attractive at times challenging course but overall lacks the length to be a challenge to the low handicapper. A number of holes are drives and a flick with a wedge and on a couple you drive and then putt for an eagle (if you are accurate enough). At nearly £30 it represents a fair whack of dough and there are better value for money courses especially on a 2 for 1 out there, but it is still worth a visit, if only to experience the cheerfull and welcoming nature of the guys in the pro shop and the members. I wont rush back but achieving only my 4th Eagle on the par 4 8th will live with me for a long time.
