Probably one of the friendliest golf clubs i have visited.Stylish but not snooty, well worth a visit.A challenging golf course especially in the wind with plenty of strategically placed water features and hazards.Modern yet traditional.

True that this course is not constructed on the best land, but it is a challenging golf course and certainly beats off all other courses in this area including the PGA course at the Belfry. I have had many enjoyable rounds at Aston Wood and will continue doing so. There is the right amount of members and the club as a whole is friendly even to juniors like myself. The drastic improvements that the club is making has certainly enhanced the course, especially on the first hole. In summary this course is challenging and i would recomend it to anyone.

Considering that the architects were not blessed with the best of sites, they have designed a fine golf course. The holes are challenging, however, beginners may find it demoralising as there is an abundance of water on the course.
