Don't know where the others are coming from we had a lovely day enjoyed the golf,green keeper most helpful about the course and the local area.Sun came out pint not to bad.

A very bad course
Definately not worth the £18 that i paid. I read the reports before going but never believed some of it, i only wish that i did. Please visit before playing, especially the 2nd 9 holes as the 1st 9 are quite good.
We arrived at 8 as the previous day, the keeper said they would be open at 8, they didnt arrive till 8:30 excuse was they were drinking.
If this is the attitude of the keeper then no wonder the course is in the state it is.
Keep well away.

addlethorpe well how can i put this. the worst kept and maintained course ive ever played.dryed out fairways nothing but hard mud.no distinction between fairway and the greens.not one flat teeing area if that is you could find it. all flags ripped to bits so it was hard to aim approach shots. oh and had a pint after nine holes the flatest pint ive drunk in a long time. not good. like to saysomething nice but we were totally disapointed. not worth £10 of anyones money. ashame because there is some lovelly courses in the area.
