Quite a nice course only let down by very hard ground with stones coming through in places.Try not to play the wrekin side in the summer as there is a land fill behind the 3rd hole and it smells a tad!!
Overall a very decent course for new golfers, but a mid handicapper will destroy a lot of the holes.
The 9th on the telford side is the best by far needing a decent drive then a long iron onto a 2 tier green.
worth a look though.

Not a bad little course, a couple of interesting holes. Just don't play the course if it hasn't rained in the area for sometime as the ground becomes
like concrete. Same with the bunkers - basically don't go in them - ever.
The greens range from ok to lightning fast, but the amount of 'hackers' that don't repair marks can ruin the course.
The 8th hole on the Wrekin side is possibly the best as you need an accurate tee-shot followed by a decent iron shot onto a hidden green- too long and you've lost your ball, too short and you're left with a tricky pitch.
Clubhouse is a ok and the staff very helpful.
Not too hilly, but they have buggies if you feel lazy!!
