Easy to play course, ideal for those who feel it is time to graduate from pitch and putt to a "proper" course. Also worth a visit to boost your confidence if your game is in a slump!
There are a couple of holes where you need to make a decision on the tee, but for the most part you have wide open fairways to belt your driver down.
An open start with several holes running parallel sees golfers zigzaging from fairway to fairway, but once away from the clubhouse there are a few interesting holes on the back 9. The 200 yd par 3 13th requires you to carry the river Brent, and precision is needed for your approach to the par 4 14th as it has ponds to the front, back and left sides of the green.
Overall, not the best kept course, but it still represents great value for money.
Alexander Wolfenden (England) 19/10/03
gently undulatting parkland with wide open fairways and few dangers. The sixteenth is probably the most memerable featuring a small pound in front of the green. If its been raining dont bother the whole course is in the Brents flood plane and it can become a mire in the winter.
