Golf de Pessac Player Reports
Tim Armit (England) 08/07/01
I played this course on a hot Thursday evening in June 2001 - managed to get around the first 9 holes. The course is quite challenging (for France), with many mature pine trees, lots of water hazards, and some tricky fairways which undulate, and slope off towards the water !
It was very quiet, and we got round without any hassle at all, seeing only a few other people on the way.
There is a driving range here too, hitting "floater" balls across a lake.
The costs are as follows :
Weekday 9 holes 120F
Weekday 18 holes 180F
Weekend 9 holes 150F
Weekend 18 holes 240F
There are various concessions for Privilege cards, less than 18 y.o and less than 25 y.o too.
Well worth the trip.
