A magnificent track. It can only be about 10mins from Dublin airport and the welcome from the staff was great. They could not have been more helpful. The course was in first class condition from start to finish and the 18th was probably the best finishing hole I have ever played. Cannot wait to return. The 8th is also a hole to remember. Where the flag was on the day we played it made it a very dificult hole to par and even the best players in our party struggled. The whole day was superb.

This is a great course! It was new when we played it in 1996, but what a test it is. Everyone raves about the 18th, which is an outstanding hole, requiring a right-to-left drive and an exact approach over water to a plateau green. But the best part of the course are holes 3 through 8. The 8th is a par five bending right all the way, with water in front of the tee, and then up the right side of the fairway. The green sits right behind the water. Course is relatively flat, parkland, but the fairways run and the greens very fast and true. The course is well worth a visit, and is close to Dublin airport and is great value at the price.
