Location/Description:

The 18 hole links course is situated in west Donegal, 25 miles from Donegal Town and 20 miles from Carrickfin Airport.

A magnificent mile and a half long sandy beach adjoins the 75-year old course. Excellent fishing, traditional music venues and a variety of water sports are available in the immediate proximity.

Historic sites such as the magnificent Kilclooney dolmen and the 2000 year old Doon Fort are within a mile of the course. The Dolmen Centre is the hub of most activity in the area with an ultra-modern playground and well-appointed museum.

The course is 6269 metres long with a SSS of 73. The tenth hole was ranked as the top 10th hole in Ulster by David Jones in 2003. The signature hole is the par three eighth, a chasm-crossing adventure to a raised two-tier green.

Bar meals and snacks available. The club is open every day from early morning. Smart, sensible dress is required but there is no need for jackets or ties.

Green Fees and Societies most welcome all year round. Avoid Sundays until 12.00p.m

Societies 25 euro on weekdays (30 at weekends)with one free for every 20 persons.
