it is one of the most scenic links course i have ever palyed. unfortunately the day we played there it was not in very good condition. the fairways and the tees needed mowing but greens were very good.
the views from all around the course are breathtaking.
7th 8th and 9th holes are as testing as can be with admiring views all around.
this along with clonmell should be must on your list if you are in the area.

I returned to play this course in April. When I first played here three years ago I was enthusing about the place. Three years later I am drooling over it. Much hard work and a revamped third hole have made the course even better. The 6th., 7th., 8th. and 9th. take you out onto the tip of the headland and around the lighthouse where you must play over the beach. The 15th. and 16th are great holes and the 18th is magnificent with Dungarven Bay forming a back drop for it's green. This is a truly great course in a wonderful place.
If you are in the area it must not be missed.

This course, on a sunny spring day, is as good as playing anywhere in the world. Why go to Pebble Beach ? It's Here !!!!! A Lamb when all's calm,
A Lion when the wind blows !!! Walk along faiways
and watch Cormerants drying their wings on the rocks, look out over blue waters with boats sailing by. The 18th has Dungarvan Bay as a backdrop. This course is absolutely Beautiful !!!
If you are in the area MUST NOT BE MISSED !!!
