Location/Description:

Ardglass Golf Club is a spectacular 18 hole seaside course, Par 70, 6231 yards, with championship standard greens.
Ardglass is situated 30 miles south of Belfast and 25 miles from the renowned Royal County Down.

The first five holes meander along cliff tops, an excellent course suited to all categories of golfers and as an added bonus, spectacular views across the Irish Sea from every hole.

With the first five holes along the Irish Sea and cliffs tight to the left the holes should be treated with respect, as anything resembling a hook will meet with disaster.

The secong hole is a daunting Par 3. Your tee shot must carry a cliff and canynon and that's the easy part of the holes. While on this tee box a superb view of the Mountains of Mourne should not be missed. Another Par 3, the 11th is played from an elevated tee looking down to Coney Island Bay. Both provide two memorbale golf holes.

With the opening of their three new holes in April 2003 along Coney Island Bay with two of the new companion holes along the cliff down to the sea, a little loop of beautiful challenging holes has been added to the charismatic links.

This is a Course not to be missed.

Weekdays £28.00; weekends £40.00.
Societies Weekdays £22 Weekends £30

Catering:

Full bar and catering facilities available from 12 noon onwards, exception no catering available on Mondays unless by prior arrangement.

Dress Code: Smart casual both on and off the course. Footwear worn on the course cannot be worn in the Clubhouse. No shirts displaying sporting logos allowed on the course and clubhouse.

Visitors:

Welcome all week exceptions on weekend mornings.
Please contact the Club to arrange tee-off time.

Societies:

Welcome except Saturdays advance booking necessary.
