This course is converted farm land and you can really tell from start to finish. I play off 12 and the course is about as poor a challenge as I've ever come across. Holes 1-6 are very weak and the first decent hole is the 7th. After that there are probably only 2 more holes of interest one of which is the 18th. Off-course the restaurant is very nice and the facilities including the driving range are good.

i am a mid handicap player and i find the course very hard. the different sizes of greens and bunkers makes some holes very hard to play.in the middle of may a new club house will be opening along with a par 3 course and a new driving range and in june a new family mini-golf will be opening.an excellant course and it a few years most likely to be the best course in belfast

As a mid to high handicaper i find this course very challenging. I play as often as I can on it, as i love the layout and some of the holes are visually stunning. With a mixture of small and large greens makes for a different shot each time. 2 signature holes for me is the par3 6th with 2 lakes protecting the front with bunkers all along the back and a two tier green, the 2nd signature hole is the par5 18th, short enough to go for the green in 2 but extremely risky due to the lake in front, bunkers behind and a small green.
