Galgorm Castle Golf Club Player Reports
John Patterson (England) 05/04/05
Played Galgorm with a society on 30th March. There are a good variety of holes and plenty of water to catch you out if you stray off line. It's a challenge for lower handicappers, but not too intimidating for us ordinary mortals. It was a bit damp in places but I'd certainly go back in the summer to see it at its best. The sand based greens were in fine condition for the time of year. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was excellent. One of our fourball had a hole in one at the 175 yd 5th, so a good value day out became even cheaper for the rest of us!

Great course and a really good challenge. Some fantastic holes and the surrounding area makes this a must play course if you are visiting Northern Ireland.
